How to get here?
Flight to Bangkok from your city + 1 hour flight from Bangkok to Koh Samui Airport. The retreat center is located just 20 minutes from Koh Samui airport. Transfer from and to the airport is included in your retreat package.
Travellers entering Thailand must complete the TDAC (Thailand Digital Arrival Card) within 3 days prior to arrival. This is a quick form that can be filled out here.

Clifftop location of the retreat center offers absolutely stunning views over the ocean. But epic views mean a lot of Stairs. Pros - you'll come back from this vacation with the most rounded glutes ever! Also you can pick up a retreat baggie to move around the retreat in a more relaxed way.

If you wanna pack light 1 pair of silk fans is enough. We'll bring a variety of colorful silk fans of standard size and queen size, also led silk fans you can use for your solo flow videos
It's expected you know fundamental silk fans techniques. But now worries if you're a total beginner now. You'll get Spread Your Wings online course for total beginners to get familiar with the basics and main silk fans techniques
Yes. We'll start from the foundations and fundamentals so no previous experience needed. And further classes will be interesting for you even if have a lot of experience in other dance styles
Yes, this is yoga retreat center, so we'll have the most peaceful and wonderful neighbours
It's a sunrise side of the island, the retreat center is located between Chaweng and Lamai.
The retreat center has their own private sandy beach area - you can see it marked as a secret beach on the map. But the shoreline is quite rocky so we can't recommend it for swimming. There are two sandy beaches - Coral Cove and Silver Beach - that are very beautiful and easy to swim at. They are just 10 minute walk and we'll definitely visit them together.
Infinity pool with a soothing view is waiting for you to take a cool dip and soak up tropical sunshine. Towels for the pool area are provided. Yes! Spa is open daily from 10am-9pm. You can book a variety of spa treatments, traditional and signature massages, beauty services and holistic healing therapies. You can relax in either air conditioned comfort, or enjoy treatments in an open-air, cliff-top pagodas overlooking the ocean. 1 hour of Thai massage is already included in your retreat package.
Yes, sure. You can book taxis and transfers at the reception. Also we have a few planned trips to visit some beautiful temples and paradise beaches. In the middle of the retreat we'll have a rest day with a lot of free time to chill or explore the island as you wish.
If you have serious food allergies, please write it in the retreat participant's form.
The menu is about 80% plant-based with some eggs, lean fish and occasional chicken options.
For the most part the menu is also gluten-free and dairy free. Also the team clearly labels the use of nuts, garlic and onions if you wish to avoid these.

Yes! At every step we are with you. A few months before the start you'll be added to the retreat group chat where you'll get all the essential info, answers for all your questions and daily support before and during the retreat.
Note please that all installment plan payments are non-refundable. Partial refund is possible only if your spot will be purchased by another participant minimum 4 months before the retreat dates. Also you can pass your spot to a friend but a new participant should have time to learn main silk fans techniques online before the retreat.
