You’ll stay in a beautiful villa with stunning views of the Ionian sea. Just 5 minutes walk from a picturesque beach with turquoise water and lush green cliffs. Each detail here brings inner peace and inspiration
You’ll dine at the terrace with a soft breeze enjoying delicious vegetarian meals made of fresh, local organic ingredients. The menu will be specially tailored for our group. Vegan,gluten-free options are available
You’ll practice silk fans flow with Natalie daily in a comfortable spacious glass studio immersed in nature. The studio is nestled in an olive grove with soothing serene views of the bay and the mountains. 15 hours of practice and maximum attention from the teacher
After active movement you can relax on the beach or in our private lounge zone with an infinity pool. It's a perfect space for combining chilling time on the sun loungers + fun improvisational flow
You’ll create enchanting and empowering meditative art: a group choreo project with goddessy outfits and vivid silk fans. We'll go to one of the most iconic spots in Greece to capture it
You'll go on a private boat cruise to discover the unique beauty of Ionian nature and secret paradise beaches. We'll have paddle boards and canoe on board for even more fun. We'll make atmospheric solo flow videos and finish our trip with sunset dinner

Porto Katsiki is a breathtaking iconic beach with epic white cliffs & unbelievably blue sea. We'll enjoy its inspiring beauty, film our group choreo and solo flow videos here in golden hours and have a festive picnic

Lefkada island is connected to the mainland by a bridge making it one of the easiest Greek islands to reach.
Option 1
Flight to Preveza Airport (PVK) Just 40 minutes drive away from the retreat villa. There are direct flights to Preveza from many cities in Europe. Depending on the flights schedule you can arrive on the day of the retreat start or the day before.
Option 2
Flight to Athens Airport. Transfer from Athens takes 4,5 hours, but the road to Lefkada is highway with smooth ride and picturesque views. It's recommended to spend a day in Athens on the way back after the retreat, we'll be glad to take you to our favorite atmospheric spots.
In both options we'll coordinate a comfortable transfer for you.
