Because we deeply care about your peace of mind! From mid-December to mid-January, we take a cozy winter break. We know how beautifully chaotic the holiday season gets, so we don't drop new chores or live zooms during this busy time. To ensure you don't feel overwhelmed or guilty about missing classes, The Flow Lab takes a cozy Winter Holiday Break. Your subscription safely pauses, and we come back in flow in mid-January! ❄️✨ Note: The community chat and your already unlocked materials remain available to you during the break.
No pressure at all, dear! It's not an intensive sprint like 2 months course. The Lab is designed with a calm tempo and bite size practices not to feel overwhelmed or behind. Every new content block is absolutely Independent.
As long as your membership in The Flow Lab is active, you keep full access to all materials released during your subscription months. You can return to your favorite playlists and choreographies anytime you want.
We'll have a live group zoom Once a month. We'll choose time together to make it comfortable for all time zones. So it definitely won't be late night in your location and everyone can join live.
I highly recommend you to join live for your progress. I made these zoom session just 50 minutes long to make it easier to join. But if you miss it don't worry - every single group Zoom class is recorded. The high-quality replay will be uploaded to the platfrom, so you can practice with our collective energy whenever it suits your schedule.
Yes. Our supportive chat is a safe, cozy space. You can drop videos of your flow, ask questions about specific transitions and share your thoughts and feelings freely.
You may think that if you haven't completed every single class in Elements of Flow course, you're not advanced enough for this. BUT The Flow Lab is not a strict school with grades; it’s a space to practice at your own comfortable pace. I break down every new sequence into clear, simple steps so you can grow with me organically and naturally level up your flow week by week.
It is our special thank-you gift to the first members who join now during the lab opening. The friendly price you choose today will stay the same as long as you keep your current membership active. Even when the Lab grows and the official subscription price goes up for future students.
Your current subscriprion can't be canceled, but you can cancel subscription before the next billing cycle through your personal account settings. Or just message me about it if you can't find settings. Note that if you cancel and come back later you'll lose founding member price and access to the materials released previously.
