You’ll stay in a beautiful villa with stunning views of the Ionian sea. Just 5 minutes walk from a picturesque beach with turquoise water and lush green cliffs. Each detail here brings inner peace and inspiration

You’ll practice silk fans flow with Natalie daily in a comfortable glass studio immersed in nature. The studio is nestled in an olive grove with serene views of the bay and the mountains. 15 hours of practice and maximum attention from the teacher in a cozy mini group

You’ll dine at the terrace with a soft breeze enjoying delicious vegetarian meals made of fresh, local organic ingredients. Every day is a gastronomic

discovery and the fest of mediterranean flavors.


After active movement you can relax on the beach or in our private lounge zone with an infinity pool. It's a perfect space for combining chilling time on the sun loungers + fun improvisational flow


You’ll create enchanting and empowering meditative art: a group choreo project with goddessy outfits and vivid silk fans. The choreo created to master new skills and express yourself brightly and joyfully.

You'll go on a private boat cruise to discover the unique beauty of Ionian nature and secret paradise beaches. We'll have paddle boards and on board for even more fun. We'll make atmospheric solo flow videos and swim in crystal clear water

    3 silk fans sessions, ride to the cave on the unicorns & paddle boarding in the bay
  • Day 3
    2 silk fans sessions, trip to iconic Porto Katsiki. Solo video shoots
  • Day 4
    3 silk fans sessions, sunset group choreo video shoot, LED flow jam
  • Day 5
    2 silk fans sessions, a private boat cruise to discover stunning Ionian Sea
  • Day 6
    Morning silk fans flow session and closing circle, check out at 10 am, farewell walk to the beach

How to get here?
There's a reason we're coming back to this place. It's very special and it's perfect. You'll see and feel it from the 1st day of the retreat
Option 1
Flight to Athens Airport. Lefkada island is connected to the mainland by a bridge making it one of the easiest Greek islands to reach. Transfer from Athens takes 4,5 hours, but the road to Lefkada is highway with smooth ride and picturesque views. You can arrive in Athens the day before to visit impressive Acropolis and magical Anafiotika.

Option 2
Flight to Preveza Airport (PVK) Just 40 minutes drive away from the retreat villa. There are direct flights to Preveza from many cities in Europe.
