Exchange is available within 14 days of receiving the item and is only possible in the case of major defects or damage. Small dye freckles are not considered defects; they may occasionally appear as a natural part of the hand-dyeing process and are not visible when the fan is in motion. Returns are not accepted.
All customs/import fees are the customer’s responsibility and depend on the country of the customer.
